The Director of Events is a senior leadership role and a member of the Brasada Ranch Executive Committee, reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager. This position carries executive accountability for the full event lifecycle-from the first client conversation through flawless on-site execution-by unifying the Event Planning Team and Banquet Operations under a single, strategically aligned leader. The ideal candidate is a hospitality professional who has excelled in both the planning/coordination side of events and the hands-on execution side of banquet operations. This dual expertise enables the Director of Events to bridge the gap between guest expectations set during the sales and planning process and the operational realities of delivering world-class banquet service-ensuring every event at Brasada Ranch is seamless, memorable, and profitable.
