About The Position

Central Noble Community School Corporation in Albion, IN is seeking a student-focused Director of Dining Services to oversee nutrition programs across three schools and an on-site daycare, serving approximately 500 meals daily. This leader will manage a team of 11 frontline associates and be responsible for daily operations, financial performance, USDA compliance, and delivering a positive dining experience for students. The operation participates in both the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and National School Breakfast Program (NSBP). This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams and relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, K-12 food service experience (preferred), and a passion for student nutrition. Requirements

Three plus years of foodservice management experience required
Financial and business acumen
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Oversees all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
Maintains excellent relationships with the client
Works with the team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students
Implements new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams
Acts as a liaison between the Company, Client, and the community
