About The Position

The Director of Dining Services oversees day-to-day operations for a dining account and leads a team of associates. The role manages client relations and ensures that food offered to customers is of superior quality. It also includes oversight of the account’s profit and loss and budgeting, collaboration with the Chef and management team on menus and food quality, and rollout of new culinary programs.

Requirements

• Three to five years of foodservice operations experience.
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.

Nice To Haves

• A BS, hospitality, or culinary degree is preferred.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company.
