DIRECTOR OF DINING SERVICES
About The Position
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Director of Dining Services in Shepherdsville, Kentucky. The Director oversees day-to-day foodservice operations, leads and manages a team, maintains client relationships, manages account profitability, and supports talent development. The role includes responsibility for account profit and loss and budgeting, working with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food, and implementing culinary programs with the Company’s marketing and culinary teams. The Director also serves as a liaison among the Company, the client, and the community. Morrison Healthcare is a healthcare food and nutrition services company serving hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide. It is part of Compass Group USA.
Requirements
- Three to five years of foodservice management experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Financial and business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- A BS in Hospitality is preferred.
- Dining experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all account profit and loss and budgeting.
- Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
- Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food.
- Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Company marketing and culinary teams.
- Act as a liaison between the Company, the client, and the community.
