About The Position

The Director of Dining Services leads day-to-day foodservice operations for a 25-bed healthcare account in Albany, Kentucky. The role manages a team of eight employees and is responsible for client relationships, account profitability, and talent development. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with weekends as needed for staff support.

Requirements

• Two to four years of foodservice management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial and business acumen.
• Desire to learn and grow.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all account profit-and-loss activities and budgeting.
• Maintain excellent relationships with the client.
• Work with the Chef and management team to create nutritious, high-quality food for students.
• Implement new culinary programs with the Company’s marketing and culinary teams.
• Act as a liaison between the Company, the Client, and the community.
• Lead day-to-day foodservice operations and manage a team of eight employees.
• Manage account profitability and support talent development.
