About The Position

The Director of Dining Services oversees the day-to-day operations of a dining account and manages and leads a team of associates. The role manages client relations and ensures customers receive food of superior quality. The Director works with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food, oversees account profit and loss and budgeting, and rolls out new culinary programs. The position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and offers a salary of $85,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility.

Requirements

Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
High-volume production and catering experience.
Previous experience managing a budget.
Desire to learn and grow with a foodservice company.

Nice To Haves

A BS, hospitality degree, or culinary degree is preferred.
