About The Position

Seeking a Director level leadership opportunity within a premium or luxury hospitality environment to lead culinary and Food & Beverage operations, drive transformation, elevate service standards, and deliver consistent brand excellence. The location is at Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. A results-driven senior Food & Beverage leader with 2–3 years of experience at senior management level, supported by a progressive career across all facets of Food & Beverage operations. Currently operating within a premium/luxury IHG Hotels & Resorts environment, with extensive exposure to brand standards, operational compliance, and multi-outlet service delivery. Bringing a unique dual perspective as a former Chef, offering strong technical culinary expertise alongside a comprehensive understanding of front-of-house service execution ensuring seamless integration between kitchen and service operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Open to US Citizens and Valid US Visa holders

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience at senior management level
  • Progressive career across all facets of Food & Beverage operations
  • Currently operating within a premium/luxury IHG Hotels & Resorts environment
  • Extensive exposure to brand standards, operational compliance, and multi-outlet service delivery
  • Strong technical culinary expertise
  • Comprehensive understanding of front-of-house service execution
  • Multi-outlet F&B operations including fine dining, casual dining, quick service, and catering/banqueting
  • Proven experience within luxury and premium hospitality environments and high-performing restaurant operations
  • Strong ability to align culinary execution with service delivery to ensure a consistent and elevated brand experience across all guest touchpoints
  • Proactive, self-driven leader with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Must be able to work on Guam, USA without restrictions: US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, Residents of Federated States of Micronesia (FSM)

  • Strengthens alignment between culinary and front-of-house teams to create cohesive, guest-centric operations
  • Balances operational efficiency with uncompromising brand standards
  • Drives continuous improvement in guest experience, revenue performance, and service delivery
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking with a focus on long-term value creation
  • Passionate about leading change, elevating standards, and positioning F&B operations as a key driver of overall hotel success
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans for all F&B outlets.
  • Optimize cost of goods sold (COGS), labor cost, and operating expenses without compromising quality.
  • Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, events, and cross-selling with other departments.
  • Analyze P&L statements, KPI’s and implement corrective actions.
