About The Position

This role is located at Churchill Downs. Levy is the disruptor in defining the sports and entertainment hospitality experience, recognized as the market leader and most critically acclaimed hospitality company in its industry. Levy's diverse portfolio includes award-winning restaurants; iconic sports and entertainment venues, zoos and cultural institutions, theaters, and convention centers; as well as the Super Bowl, Grammy Awards, US Open Tennis Tournament, Kentucky Derby, and NHL, MLB, NBA, NFL, and MLS All-Star Games. The Director of Concessions provides strategic leadership for all concessions operations by overseeing food and beverage service, operational planning, financial performance, staffing, inventory management, and guest satisfaction. This role partners with venue leadership to develop operational strategies that maximize revenue while delivering outstanding hospitality.

Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive food and beverage or concessions experience
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience
• Experience managing high-volume concessions operations
• Strong financial management, budgeting, and forecasting experience
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and POS/reporting systems

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
