About The Position

This role is located at Churchill Downs. The Banquet Chef oversees culinary production for catered events, ensuring timely execution, consistent quality, food safety, and outstanding guest experiences while coordinating closely with event and operations teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years banquet or catering leadership experience
• Experience executing large-scale events
• Knowledge of banquet production and food safety
• Inventory and scheduling experience

Nice To Haves

• Culinary degree preferred
• ServSafe® Certification preferred
