About The Position

Brighton/Suncrest Hospice is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and results-driven Director of Clinical Services to lead hospice operations and the clinical team. The role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures exceptional patient and family care, maintains regulatory compliance, develops the clinical team, and supports the organization’s continued growth and success. The ideal candidate has hospice leadership experience, a passion for patient-centered care, and the ability to strategically lead people and operations.

Requirements

• Strong, results-driven leadership, organizational, strategic, analytical, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state(s) of practice.

Nice To Haves

• 5 or more years of healthcare experience preferred, with hospice experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee hospice operations and clinical services, ensuring exceptional patient and family care and high standards of quality and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness while driving quality improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the team, fostering accountability, compassion, collaboration, and excellence.
• Support Suncrest Hospice’s mission, vision, and values while partnering with regional leadership on staffing, budgeting, operational planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive growth and community engagement by building partnerships, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensuring the agency meets the needs of patients, families, and the community.
