About The Position

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Clinical Director for its inpatient detox and residential treatment facility in Fort Collins, Colorado. The Director provides daily clinical leadership and supervision to support smooth facility operations and ensure implementation of the Avenues clinical program roadmap. The role oversees and develops the clinical treatment team, supports client engagement and morale, and helps create a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented environment. The Director is also responsible for timely, accurate client documentation and coordination with Utilization Review as needed.

Requirements

• Current Colorado licensure necessary to practice as a Clinical Director: LPC or LCSW.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
• Three years of experience with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to support smooth daily facility operations.
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap.
• Cultivate and maintain an effective clinical treatment team through ongoing oversight, support, and professional development.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interact with clients, and foster a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere.
• Ensure client documentation is accurate and completed on time, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary.
