About The Position

The Director of Clinical Services works to provide overall direction to the hospice clinical team. They are responsible for hiring qualified hospice personnel, the provision of hospice services directly, and the delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations; and establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines. Our goal is to change the expectation of hospice care in your area by providing exceptional care and service to our patients. This is achieved by allocating the resources to increase our staff to patient ratios, thereby increasing clinical visits while lowering clinician caseloads. We are proud to be a Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP) certified hospice.

Requirements

• 5 years in the healthcare industry preferred
• 2 years of experience working in Leadership
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure (in good standing) in the state(s) of practice
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred
• A strong leader with impeccable organizational, strategic, analytical and project management skills.
• A solid communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to motivate, mentor, and influence others.
• Ability to communicate clearly, establish and maintain effective relationships with team members to solve problems in an educational and cooperative manner.

• Review and monitor sales and service performances
• Support, build, and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on objectives and goals.
• Hiring qualified hospice personnel.
• Provision of hospice services, directly.
• Delegation to and coordination of hospice personnel evaluations.
• Establishing standards of care to comply with federal and state regulations and guidelines.
