About The Position

The Director of Case Law AI-Driven Content defines and leads editorial and subject matter expert teams delivering AI-enabled case law content initiatives in support of LexisNexis’s research and AI product strategy. The role leads initiatives across multiple case law content streams and regions, partnering with Product, Technology, Data Science, and Editorial stakeholders to ensure AI-generated and AI-enhanced content is accurate, trusted, and production-ready. It reports to the Global Head of Cases and Chief of Staff for Global Editorial Operations. This innovation-focused role designs, pilots, and scales new AI-driven case law content capabilities, in contrast to the Director of Performance and Operations, who is responsible for business-as-usual delivery, service-level agreements, and operational stability. The Director also works with that role to transition mature AI solutions into business-as-usual workflows when appropriate. The position translates editorial and legal requirements into AI content specifications, evaluation criteria, and success measures; establishes governance and feedback practices; and promotes responsible AI adoption and continuous improvement. The role is home based in Colorado, with geographic pay differentials applicable in some locations. It is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
