About The Position

Time Doctor is hiring its first Director of AI Content Systems for its Marketing team. The role designs, builds, and runs an AI-powered content system that turns product, customer, and expert knowledge into content that drives organic pipeline. It is intended for a hands-on systems thinker who can work with AI tools and automation, customize WordPress, establish brand guidelines, and review content, without serving as the primary writer. The director owns content strategy; AI-powered production workflows, agents, prompt libraries, briefs, and quality gates; processes for gathering expert input; verbal and visual brand standards; SEO and visibility in AI search; website architecture, content structure, conversion paths, and roadmap; and the selection and management of tools, vendors, and outside partners within a budget. The system is managed like a product, with versioning, measurement, and continuous improvement. The position manages content development, technical SEO/GEO implementation, and visual design. The director will do work directly when speed matters and select and direct agencies, contractors, and freelancers when scale matters. The VP of Marketing supplies positioning, messaging, and personas; the director turns these inputs into content at scale and does not own positioning. Freelancers and contractors may be engaged as needed, with a potential path to hiring as the system proves out. Success is measured by organic leads, organic traffic, and AI and SEO search visibility. During the first two quarters, leading indicators are weighted because organic results take time. The role is full-time and fully remote, open to candidates in the United States or Canada who can overlap at least four hours daily with US Eastern hours. The company describes itself as bootstrapped, profitable, and operating with team members across more than 30 countries.
