Requirements

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the administrator.
- Monitor daily work assignments for completion and accuracy.
- Provide training and direction to all staff in accordance with facility policy.
- Administer medications.
- Obtain residents’ weights and vital signs.
- Conduct face checks and other protective oversight measures to ensure resident safety.
- Assist residents with personal care needs.
- Chart.
- Interact with residents and address their needs and desires.
- Report changes in residents’ health and behavior.
- Coordinate residents’ care needs with providers and outside resources.
- Handle on-call duties, staffing, and scheduling.
