Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily clinical operations with a focus on efficiency and excellence, ensuring your team has the resources and support needed to deliver top-tier patient care.
  • Shape departmental strategy and goals that directly align with the organization's overarching vision, turning high-level mission statements into measurable, impactful realities.
  • Cultivate a high-performing team culture by championing recruitment, onboarding, continuous mentorship, and professional development initiatives that empower staff and improve retention.
  • Manage fiscal and regulatory health by designing robust departmental budgets, overseeing compliance standards, and managing strategic vendor partnerships to ensure seamless, compliant operations.
  • Drive strategic organizational growth through cross-functional business analysis, special project leadership, and long-term planning as a core member of our management team.
