About The Position

Hollywood Branded is a pop culture marketing and brand partnership agency founded in 2007. The agency helps brands become part of pop culture through product placement, brand integration, co-promotional and licensing partnerships, celebrity and influencer campaigns, branded content, and PR. It is a small, fast-moving team working with national consumer brands, studios, networks, and talent. The Director of Brand Partnerships & Digital Marketing is a senior partner on the agency’s biggest client relationships and leads its influencer and digital marketing work. The role steers multi-channel campaigns combining influencer marketing, entertainment partnerships, co-promotions, and production integrations. It requires hands-on client and production work, strong campaign analysis and quality control, and the ability to maintain client service when senior leadership is unavailable. In the first year, the successful candidate will help ensure consistent service across key accounts; accuracy in proposals, decks, dates, numbers, and client KPIs; clear ROI logic in influencer campaign pricing, negotiation, and reporting; and senior-level guidance for the influencer team. The role will also help the agency scope and direct paid media for influencer and partnership campaigns. During the first 90 days, the hire will learn clients, campaigns, and the team; take the lead on influencer and partnership workstreams; establish a standard campaign forecasting and pricing approach; lead client presentations; coach the influencer team; and scope media for an upcoming campaign.
