Director of Brand Design

TimelyCare•Fort Worth, TX

About The Position

The Director of Brand Design builds and evolves TimelyCare’s visual expression into a distinctive, recognizable brand that creates authority and trust across audiences and experiences. Reporting to the VP of Brand Strategy, this is a hands-on creative leadership role combining original design work with direction of internal partners, freelancers, agencies, production partners, and AI-enabled creative tools. The role uses AI thoughtfully to accelerate ideation, prototype concepts, extend approved systems, and improve creative speed while upholding human judgment, brand integrity, accessibility, and quality. The Director develops a flexible visual identity and design system that serves higher education and K–12 decision-makers, students, and families while maintaining a coherent TimelyCare brand. The role partners closely with Product Design leadership to establish continuity between the external brand and product experience, and builds scalable systems, creative capabilities, and workflows that enable high-quality creative work across the organization. This remote position calls for a maker as much as a leader: originating ideas, solving creative problems, designing directly when appropriate, and building systems that help creative work scale. The Director collaborates across Brand, Marketing, Product, and other functions, and helps shape the future capabilities and structure of TimelyCare’s design function.
