About The Position

The Director of Branch Operations leads a pediatric home health branch to achieve excellence in patient care, team performance, and service delivery. This on-site role with occasional travel is suited to a strategic, collaborative leader with healthcare operations experience who can drive quality, efficiency, and team success. The Director oversees branch operations, works with clinical and quality teams to improve care delivery and outcomes, develops and mentors staff, supports compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements, builds community and referral-partner relationships, and manages staffing, scheduling, and operational logistics.

Requirements

At least 2 years of healthcare operations leadership experience.

Nice To Haves

Home Health experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of branch operations to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient service delivery.
Partner with clinical and quality teams to evaluate performance data, strengthen care delivery, and implement process improvements that enhance outcomes.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive and accountable work environment focused on collaboration, growth, and continuous improvement.
Support compliance with documentation standards, case management processes, and regulatory requirements to ensure appropriate and timely care.
Represent the organization in the community and with referral partners, building relationships that promote service awareness and branch growth.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, and operational logistics to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness.
