ServiceTitan•US CA Remote, CA

About The Position

ServiceTitan is seeking a strategic, results-driven Director of Billing and Collections to lead and optimize global end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) operations. The director will oversee customer invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, and dispute resolution across all entities, while partnering across Finance, Sales, Corporate Engineering, Deal Desk, Legal, and Revenue Accounting. The role will drive system initiatives, streamline billing workflows, support monthly close, and ensure complex deal structures move smoothly from contract to cash. The director will manage and scale a high-performing hybrid team of onshore and offshore resources, balancing financial governance with a strong customer experience. The role is focused on protecting revenue integrity, reducing days sales outstanding, improving cash recovery, and scaling global financial operations. The position also supports the monthly close through accurate billing cutoff, reporting, bad debt reserve assessments, and unapplied cash reconciliations. It oversees compliant billing across SaaS subscriptions, usage-based models, and enterprise contracts; drives global credit and collections strategies; improves cash application and collection automation; and leads system design, testing, deployment, internal controls, and audit preparation.
