Director of Analytics

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Director of Analytics to join our Data and Analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of data analysis, advanced analytical techniques, and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations. In this individual contributor role, you will be a key driver of data-driven insights and strategies, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The Director of Analytics will focus on the ExecOnline digital journey beginning with the marketing funnel through the participant product experience.

• Strategically address intricate challenges, crafting, testing hypotheses, and executing recommendations.
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques for impactful business analysis, guiding strategic decisions.
• Collaborate on crafting functional roadmaps for scalable, data-driven capabilities with measurable objectives.
• Foster influential relationships and lead across departments, ensuring sustainable business impact.
• Champion seamless digital interactions by understanding customer behaviors, partnering with Marketing and Product teams.
• Identify growth prospects and customer value through in-depth understanding of acquisition, retention, and business models.
• Communicate persuasively, inspiring progress through structured storytelling.
• Drive outcomes by identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational enhancements.

• Proven experience (7-8+ years) in advanced data analysis, with a track record of delivering impactful insights and recommendations.
• Expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proven ability to formulate hypotheses around category and business opportunities and a strong bias for proving or disproving those hypotheses.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to align data analysis efforts with broader business goals.
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative attitude with a demonstrated ability to foster influential relationships and lead across departments.
