Product Operations Contractor- Part-Time

The part-time Product Operations Support Agent is a remote-based contractor who provides administrative support to ExecOnline's Leadership Coaching team and Coaches. They are responsible for tasks such as setting up participants on the learning portal, coordinating logistics for virtual group coaching, and creating automated participant communications. The successful candidate should have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in a SaaS company or product/technology division, and possess strong communication and task management skills. The hourly rate for this role is $25.

• Perform Administrative Set-Up tasks for Leadership Coaching participants on the proprietary learning portal
• Match participants to the appropriate Feedback Experts and follow accurate tagging protocols for Applied Experience Platform experiences
• Assist the Coaching Operations Team with Virtual Group Coaching logistics and communications
• Assist the Coaching Operations team in the creation of automated participant communications for the suite of Leadership Coaching offerings
• Work with the Coaching Operations team and Leadership Coach network to streamline platform attendance protocols
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Have 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a SaaS company or a product/technology division
• Respond to high-level executives from around the world with poise and professionalism; executive support experience is a plus
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and adapt to the wide range of ExecOnline participants
• Be familiar with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces, cloud-based tools, and help desk software
• Demonstrate outstanding task management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world; executive support experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills—written and verbal—that recognizes and adapts to the wide range of ExecOnline participants. Be well versed and comfortable with email, phone, and video (if needed) etiquette in potentially challenging or urgent situations
• Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g. Wordpress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software
• Outstanding task management skills across a varied set of responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
