Our Subject Matter Expert Office Hours on CRM, Landing Pages, Paid Media, Data & Tracking, Social Media, and AI further supplement the client’s support. FRC is not coaching. It is not education. It is implementation and execution, and it’s the engine driving measurable revenue outcomes for our clients. We’re looking for a Director of Advisory Services to run the team responsible for the FRC delivery. This is a senior leadership role with full operational ownership of FRC delivery. You will lead a team of 15 FRC Advisors, oversee the FRC Customer Success function, and direct the Office Hours team. Your mandate is simple: ensure every FRC client receives world-class implementation that drives revenue, retention, and referrals. You’ll build the systems, set the standards, develop the people, and own the outcomes.
