About The Position

Grant Cardone Enterprises is a comprehensive small business education and consulting firm helping business owners grow and scale. Our fasting growing program and our flagship B2B offering, Fractional Revenue Consulting (FRC), pairs small business owners with a dedicated 1-on-1 advisor who executes our proven 144- point business implementation framework. Our Subject Matter Expert Office Hours on CRM, Landing Pages, Paid Media, Data & Tracking, Social Media, and AI further supplement the client’s support. FRC is not coaching. It is not education. It is implementation and execution, and it’s the engine driving measurable revenue outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing client-facing advisory, consulting, and customer success teams
  • Track record building systems, standards, and accountability structures that scale
  • Strong command of Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations
  • Experience coaching and developing high-performing individual contributors
  • Operator mindset, able to own outcomes and move fast without sacrificing quality
  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), marketing automation, and revenue operations tooling
  • Background managing P&L or delivery margin for a service line
  • Experience converting client outcomes into marketable proof (case studies, testimonials, ROI data)

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, develop, and grow a team of 15 FRC Advisors delivering our 144-point implementation framework to clients
  • Set performance standards, conduct call reviews, and build advisor development paths
  • Drive consistent execution quality across every client engagement
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new advisors as the team scales
  • Own client retention, satisfaction, and outcome reporting across the FRC book
  • Build the systems that track client progress against the 144-point framework
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and deploy interventions before churn happens
  • Convert successful clients into case studies, testimonials, and referrals
  • Direct the specialist bench (CRM, data tracking, workflows, media buying, landing pages) that supports FRC clients
  • Ensure office hours are high-signal, well-attended, and tightly aligned to client implementation needs
  • Coordinate specialist deployment against client demand and advisor requests
  • Partner with Sales to ensure smooth handoff and accurate expectation-setting for new clients
  • Feed a steady pipeline of named client wins (specific dollar outcomes, specific timeframes) to Marketing
  • Report delivery health, retention, and outcomes directly to the President
