About The Position

The Sandline Director, Client Advisory, will be responsible for client outreach, relationship development, uncovering client pain points, and educating law firm and corporate prospects on Sandline Global’s end-to-end eDiscovery services and differentiators. This role will focus on supporting growth initiatives within the Texas market, ideally Houston or Dallas. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and a passion for helping clients solve complex legal challenges. Candidates with existing relationships and experience within the oil & gas and energy verticals, as well as relationships within the Dallas and/or Houston legal market are strongly preferred.

Requirements

  • Proven sales success in either eDiscovery, legal services, legal technology, or technology sales.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong consultative approach to identifying client challenges and developing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
  • Houston or Dallas area proximity strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with or selling into oil & gas, energy, or related corporate sectors is highly desirable.
  • Existing industry contacts within Texas Law Firms and Texas Energy and Oil/Gas corporate markets strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prospect, and generate new business opportunities.
  • Draw on existing relationships within the oil & gas and energy sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and business stakeholders.
  • Leverage existing professional relationships and continue developing a regional network, particularly within the Dallas, Houston and wider Texas market.
  • Identify client pain points and deliver consultative, solution-oriented recommendations.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Sandline’s services, legal technology offerings, and differentiators.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success and overall company growth goals.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, industry functions, and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and sales tracking within Sandline’s CRM system.
