About The Position

The Director, North America Foodservice Marketing & Product Management is responsible for leading all marketing and product strategy across the Foodservice segment. This role will drive revenue growth by aligning market insights, product development, and commercial execution. This leader will oversee demand generation, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution while owning the product portfolio—including roadmap development, new product introductions, and lifecycle management. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, ensuring all marketing and product initiatives directly support sales performance, margin expansion, and market share growth.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product management, or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing and product strategy
  • Experience leading product development and go-to-market execution
  • Strong commercial acumen with focus on revenue and margin performance
  • Experience developing and executing product roadmaps

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the North America Foodservice marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets
  • Develop and drive demand generation across key channels (dealers, consultants, chains, end-users)
  • Lead trade show strategy and execution (NRA, NAFEM, regional events)
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all products and channels
  • Manage digital marketing including website, content, and lead generation initiatives
  • Develop sales enablement tools to improve conversion and sales effectiveness
  • Own full product lifecycle: concept → development → launch → optimization → sunset
  • Define and manage the product roadmap aligned to growth priorities
  • Partner with Engineering and Operations on new product development and enhancements
  • Lead pricing strategy, positioning, and margin optimization
  • Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities
  • Ensure successful product launches with clear go-to-market plans
  • Build and lead structured VOC processes across key accounts and channels
  • Translate customer insights into actionable product and marketing strategies
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape
  • Support key accounts with tailored value propositions and solutions
  • Act as the commercial partner to Sales leadership to drive pipeline and conversion
  • Support key account strategies with targeted marketing and product solutions
  • Develop programs that increase velocity through distribution and dealer networks
  • Align marketing initiatives directly to revenue growth, product adoption, and market share
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate Marketing teams
  • Ensure alignment between product development, marketing, and commercial priorities
  • Support integrated business planning and execution
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Establish KPIs including: Revenue growth by segment, New product revenue contribution, Pipeline generation and conversion rates, Product margin performance, Market share growth
  • Develop reporting dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Use data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Drive ongoing improvements in marketing effectiveness, product performance, and commercial execution
  • Implement scalable processes and best practices across marketing and product management
  • Continuously refine go-to-market strategies based on performance and market feedback
