About The Position

Zocdoc's most important asset is our people. As a Director of Marketing Operations, you'll play a meaningful role in making sure that Zocdoc's marketing organization operates at maximum velocity; untangling technical debt, building a clean and unified data ecosystem, and serving as the AI champion who powers the entire department forward. You'll be the operational backbone that enables our Creative, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to focus on high-impact craft instead of getting slowed down by process friction.

Requirements

  • An unrelenting desire to build more equitable, inclusive, and diverse workplaces
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations leadership, MarTech stack management, and technical data governance
  • The ability to integrate generative AI tools into daily workflows to automate tasks, foster innovation, and maximize productivity
  • Proven expertise in designing and deploying scalable infrastructure and cross-functional working models
  • Deep technical fluency in data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration
  • A compassionate but consultative and confident approach with cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of Zocdoc's centralized marketing technology stack; managing vendor strategy, financial accountability, and unified software spending
  • Acting as the AI champion, leading the integration of autonomous AI workflows that eliminate technical debt and automate campaign execution
  • Establishing and managing the macro operational cadence. Planning cycles, QBRs, and weekly leadership check-ins
  • Building and fostering relationships with Creative, Growth, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to design infrastructure that enables high-velocity execution
  • Designing and deploying scalable working models and cross-functional processes
  • Driving rigorous data governance. Owning data architecture, analytics platforms, and CMS administration
  • Working with cutting-edge GenAI tools and technology to push the boundaries of marketing operations
