About The Position

Cority is seeking a hands-on marketing operator to drive pipeline growth and process efficiency through the adoption of AI, data, and systems. The role involves defining how AI is integrated into the marketing team's workflows, transforming experiments into repeatable processes that enhance output, speed, and quality. Additionally, the position will manage the systems, data, and infrastructure for pipeline generation, ensuring marketing's impact is measurable and visible across the business. This is a high-visibility builder role that will collaborate with marketing and RevOps teams, directly influencing pipeline performance and daily team operations.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing operations or demand operations.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with marketing tech stack, including Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Proven track record improving pipeline performance through systems, data, or automation.
  • Experience deploying AI or automation into real marketing workflows with measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel mechanics, and revenue attribution.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically and work across teams including Marketing, BDR, Revenue Operations, and GTM teams.
  • Experience applying LLMs to real marketing use cases.
  • Strong prompt design skills and ability to structure reusable workflows.
  • Clear point of view on build vs buy decisions.
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows with appropriate human oversight.
  • Familiarity with ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
  • Applies a curiosity-driven growth mindset to identify opportunities and drive innovation across marketing systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI-driven workflows to improve campaign execution, content production, and operational efficiency.
  • Transform one-off AI experiments into scalable, repeatable systems for independent team use.
  • Measure the impact of AI initiatives on pipeline and team productivity, scaling successful approaches.
  • Lead a structured adoption model to integrate AI across the marketing team.
  • Ensure AI workflows are embedded and tied to measurable efficiency gains.
  • View marketing as an impactful player in the customer acquisition process and optimize the prospect journey for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Own end-to-end funnel performance, proactively identifying and resolving pipeline-impacting issues.
  • Ensure data integrity, tracking accuracy, and system reliability across all campaigns.
  • Build and maintain consistent reporting for the Marketing team to provide clear, actionable visibility into pipeline performance.
  • Partner with RevOps to evolve the tech stack, including Marketo, Salesforce, ON24, Cvent, Qualified, and Asana.
  • Partner with RevOps to define and standardize lifecycle stages, attribution models, and shared success metrics.
  • Ensure marketing's contribution to pipeline is clearly measured and communicated.
  • Handle marketing-specific system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Stay current on platform capabilities to maximize value from existing tools.
