About The Position

ALASTIN is seeking a Director, Loyalty & Omnichannel Growth to lead its B2B2C loyalty ecosystem, including programs that reward and grow practices and the consumers they serve, as well as the digital experiences, data, and communications connecting them. The role drives engagement, retention, and revenue across channels by connecting field teams, practices, and consumers through loyalty, digital experiences, and data. The director leads the launch of B2B and B2C loyalty programs, from strategy and business requirements through financial modeling, go-to-market planning, and field enablement. After launch, the director owns the programs end to end, including strategy, mechanics, promotions, measurement, and optimization. The role also owns the connected omnichannel roadmap, including the 360-degree customer-data strategy and CRM strategy, with a CRM lead reporting to this position. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for program management and delivery, directing agency partners, meeting milestones and go-to-market timelines, and applying analytical capabilities such as segmentation, lifetime value, predictive analytics, and experimentation to guide decisions. The director stays connected to the field, equips representatives to partner with accounts and use programs to support pull-through and usage, and gathers feedback to inform future work. The role collaborates across departments and with senior leadership to align budgets, roadmaps, and compliance.
