Director, IT ERP - SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Envista Holdings Corporation•Brea, CA
•$203,100 - $248,300•Onsite

About The Position

The Director, SAP Order-to-Cash Solution Architecture serves as Envista’s enterprise design authority for its end-to-end SAP order-to-cash landscape, anchored in Sales and Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), and Service Management (SM), with architecture accountability across finance, supply chain, master data, integration, and digital platforms. This is an architecture leadership role rather than a hands-on configuration role. The Director sets target-state design direction, establishes architecture principles and standards, leads architects and functional resources, chairs design governance, and holds managed service providers (MSPs) and system integrators accountable for solution quality, clean-core alignment, controls, and delivery outcomes. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, IT Compliance, and IT executive leadership to translate business strategy into scalable SAP solutions. It advances the multi-year O2C and S/4HANA roadmap, rationalizes a complex multi-brand and multi-country landscape, and develops business cases and cost and risk views for major architecture investments. The position requires onsite presence four days per week and residence within commuting distance of both Brea, California, and Irvine, California, as the office is expected to relocate from Brea to Irvine around Q1 2028; it is not a hybrid or remote opportunity.

  • Build business cases and cost, benefit, and risk views for major architecture investments and present recommendations to senior leadership and governance forums.
  • Act as the architecture escalation authority for high-severity incidents, root cause analysis, complex enhancements, and cross-domain design issues affecting O2C.
  • Define and enforce service-level, architecture, quality, and documentation standards; lead governance reviews; and provide architecture input to partner statements of work, resourcing, and commercial performance.
  • Set design and delivery priorities for MSP and system integrator resources, review outputs, and hold partners accountable for quality, controls, service performance, and outcomes.
  • Oversee test strategy, user acceptance testing, release readiness, and sign-off for O2C-impacting changes before deployment.
  • Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual workarounds and improve order cycle time, service fulfillment, and straight-through processing.
  • Lead, coach, and develop solution architects, functional leads, business analysts, and partner resources supporting the O2C domain.
