Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at their 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL, and outpatient services at four centers throughout the Florida Panhandle. They also offer specialized treatment for active-duty military members through their Military Resiliency Program, chemical dependency treatment, and TMS therapy. The Human Resources Director is responsible for executing HR activities across all functional areas (recruitment, employee relations, compensation, compliance, etc.) and serves as a professional resource for facility management. This position is a strategic partner and key member of hospital leadership and may serve as Administrator On-Call (AOC) as assigned, including rounding on patient units and throughout the facility.
