  • Proven, hands-on configuration and architectural mastery of modern cloud ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP), including understanding underlying database schemas, table relationships, and backend logic.
  • Deep technical familiarity with end-to-end enterprise workflows across corporate finance, revenue recognition standards, global procurement, and manufacturing resource planning.
  • Extensive experience operating in a public-company environment, with a strong mastery of SOX compliance, system auditing, and security controls.
  • Exceptional ability to map complex global data flows, design secure integrations, and unify disparate enterprise SaaS tools into a coherent operational backbone.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced expertise in holistic financial systems blueprinting, with a proven track record of architecting multi-platform ecosystems from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP Platform & System Orchestration: Set the technical vision and lead the hands-on engineering of the core ERP platform, modeling, optimizing, and scaling business process architectures across Finance & Accounting, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), complex Revenue Recognition, and Manufacturing (MRP) environments.
  • Execute Hands-On Financial Architecture: Actively design and build robust API-driven middleware layers, data workflows, and system crosswalks to seamlessly integrate the ERP with banking, GTM platforms, and supply chain networks.
  • Deploy AI & Financial Automation: Define and execute the strategy for AI adoption across internal finance platforms, identifying opportunities to replace manual tasks with AI-powered workflows and build 'internal agents' to automate business processes.
  • Enforce Compliance & Controls: Architect and embed governance frameworks, IT General Controls (ITGCs), and segregation of duties (SoD) within systems to ensure auditability, regulatory compliance, and public-company/SOX readiness.
  • Drive Data Governance & Reporting: Establish the Master Data Management (MDM) strategy for financial data objects and build the technical data infrastructure for data integrity and real-time analytics.
