About The Position

Auris is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to own and scale the SMB demand generation engine that fuels growth. This leader will design and execute a high-volume, multi-channel marketing strategy focused on paid media, search, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization. The role requires a modern, AI-enabled approach to targeting, creative, and automation, with a strong focus on CAC, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact. This is a hands-on leadership role for a builder who knows how to turn marketing investment into a measurable pipeline at scale.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in growth, performance, lifecycle, or demand marketing, with clear progression into leadership roles
  • Proven track record of scaling growth at a B2B SaaS or fintech VC/PE-backed company, including meaningful impact on pipeline, revenue, and CAC efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling growth engines—taking early traction and turning it into repeatable, measurable growth
  • Demonstrated experience deploying AI agents for sales/marketing automation (not just "using ChatGPT" but actually building AI-driven GTM workflows)
  • Hands-on proficiency with growth stack (e.g., Clay, Apollo, AI SDR tools, AI content generation) with measurable results
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels, from defining growth strategy to personally driving high-impact initiatives when needed
  • Strong analytical and financial mindset, with deep experience in funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and ROI measurement
  • Experience scaling SMB demand generation engines
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide cross-functional teams
  • Strong paid media background with meaningful budget ownership
  • Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Own marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets
  • Build a predictable SMB demand engine across digital channels
  • Develop CAC and payback targets with Finance and leadership
  • Forecast pipeline creation and performance by channel
  • Establish reporting and attribution tied to revenue outcomes
  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Google, paid social, display, and emerging channels
  • Continuously optimize spend, CAC, and conversion rates across the funnel
  • Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
  • Build and refine localized and verticalized campaigns for priority SMB segments
  • Partner with Sales to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment
  • Optimize landing pages, offers, and conversion paths to increase lead → opportunity rates
  • Develop always-on demand programs that generate consistent inbound pipeline
  • Build automated lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, retargeting, and CRM channels
  • Improve speed-to-lead and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates
  • Implement nurture and re-engagement programs to increase pipeline yield
  • Partner with RevOps to continuously improve funnel performance
  • Use behavioral and intent data to drive smarter segmentation and targeting
  • Introduce AI-driven workflows for targeting, creative testing, and campaign optimization
  • Deploy automation and enrichment tools to improve lead quality and routing
  • Implement AI-assisted content and campaign production to increase speed and output
  • Evaluate emerging tools pragmatically based on measurable ROI
  • Build scalable growth infrastructure, not isolated experiments
  • Support growth through Acrisure referral ecosystem and local channels
  • Develop co-marketing and referral-driven acquisition programs
  • Identify scalable partnership channels that drive SMB lead flow
  • Optimize marketing support for broker and field-driven opportunities
  • Build and lead the demand generation and growth team over time
  • Manage agency and paid media partners
  • Establish clear performance management and reporting cadence
  • Bring operational rigor to budget allocation and performance tracking
  • Define and refine priority SMB segments by industry, size, and geography
  • Build one-to-many campaigns tailored to high-value verticals
  • Use data and performance insights to continuously refine targeting
  • Develop scalable personalization strategies without heavy 1:1 ABM overhead
