About The Position

We are seeking a growth-oriented marketing leader to drive growth and demand generation strategy and execution for our rapidly expanding Home Accessibility division. This individual will be responsible for building and scaling programs that generate qualified leads, accelerate market penetration, and support aggressive revenue growth goals across consumer and referral-based channels. The ideal candidate brings a blend of strategic thinking, operational execution, and analytical rigor, with experience driving measurable growth in healthcare, home services, or multi-location businesses. This role will partner closely with sales, operations, marketing, technology, and executive leadership to develop and execute scalable growth initiatives that improve lead volume, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven success driving measurable lead and revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel acquisition strategies including paid digital, SEO, email, local marketing, and referral generation
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or private equity-backed environments
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with comfort using marketing and CRM platforms
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills

  • Experience in healthcare, home services, DME, accessibility, senior care, or other service-based industries preferred
  • Experience supporting multi-location or regional growth organizations
  • Familiarity with patient/customer acquisition funnels
  • Experience partnering closely with sales and operational leadership
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar CRM/automation platform experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated demand generation strategies to support aggressive division growth targets
  • Build scalable lead generation programs across digital, local market, referral, and partnership channels
  • Drive both B2C, B2B and referral-source acquisition strategies where applicable
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth levers across regions and customer segments
  • Oversee team of associates responsible for lead qualification
  • Oversee paid media strategy including search, social, local advertising, retargeting, and display
  • Optimize conversion funnels across web, landing pages, intake, and sales workflows
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed while maintaining accountability for ROI and performance
  • Partner closely with sales and operations leaders to improve lead quality, speed-to-lead, and conversion performance
  • Develop localized growth programs to support branch and regional expansion efforts
  • Equip field teams with marketing tools and campaigns that support community engagement and referral development
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to continuously optimize CAC, conversion, and ROI
  • Use data to identify scalable opportunities and recommend investment priorities
  • Ensure demand generation efforts align with brand positioning and customer experience expectations
  • Support messaging development focused on independence, accessibility, aging in place, and caregiver decision-making
