This role is for a Director: Global HR Operations to join the Human Resources department in New York, Chicago, or London. The Director will define the strategic direction for the HR Operations team, administer programs and policies, and oversee HR processes, systems, data, reporting, global mobility, and HR compliance. The role involves leading and developing a team, fostering a common purpose, and balancing challenge with support to empower the team. The Director will provide centralized services and budget oversight to the HR team and Centers of Expertise (COE) to enhance the employee experience. This role will also serve as a liaison with the IT function to advance the technology roadmap for COEs, manage risk and compliance issues in conjunction with the General Counsel’s office, and represent the HR function in cross-functional processes, data, and systems integration. The Director will be part of the Business Intelligence Committee and exercise independent judgment and decision-making, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and collaborative problem-solving.
