About The Position

The Director, Global Destinations & Experiences defines the long-term vision, strategy, and evolution of Virtuoso’s global Destination and Experiences portfolio. The role develops a high-quality, differentiated partner network that delivers meaningful value to advisors and their clients worldwide, while maximizing value and return on investment across the network. The Director provides strategic leadership and mentorship to senior leaders responsible for partner execution, without direct ownership of day-to-day operations. The role works across global regions and functions, represents Virtuoso’s strategic direction internally and, when appropriate, with senior external partner stakeholders, and requires domestic and international travel for partner engagement and industry representation.
