The Director, Financial Strategy is a critical leadership role designed to bridge the gap between long-term enterprise strategy and functional financial planning. The role acts as a primary financial thought-partner aiding business leaders in developing the quantitative modeling, key assumptions, and financial rigor that underpin strategic planning. This role is highly collaborative, complementing and partnering closely with FP&A. Dedicated to supporting internal financial strategy, this position aids in stress-testing financial models, standardizing business cases for major investments, and helping leaders break down long term growth rate targets into actionable categories. By acting as the financial anchor and advisor for the Strategy team, this role ensures all stakeholders can clearly delineate operational/organic growth from the impact of new strategic initiatives.
