Overview Vantaca is scaling its financial services business rapidly, supporting millions of homeowners and processing billions in payments annually. As Director of Operations & Strategy, you will lead the evolution of our embedded payments and lockbox operations to support 2x+ growth. This role combines strategy and execution - owning and building the systems, processes, and infrastructure required to scale efficiently while maintaining a best-in-class customer experience. You’ll lead an operations team and partner closely with Product and Engineering to translate operational needs into automation and scalable solutions, helping shape how financial services are delivered across our platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys both building and leading, someone who takes ownership, operates with urgency, and is excited to grow into broader responsibility as the business expands.
