The Financial Services Strategy & Business Development Director is responsible for formulating and implementing Connection’s go-to-market strategy for the financial services industry, with the goal of creating tangible long-term value. This role involves overseeing the development of the financial services vertical market strategy, integrating applicable technology products, software, and services at an aggregate level, and supporting strategic financial services clients. The Director will collaborate with leadership across internal departments, as well as externally with suppliers, distributors, and partners, to ensure growth and market share gain. A critical component of the role is developing tools to enable sales and solution services teams to deliver complete solutions, thereby maximizing sales revenue and gross profit. Travel is required with routine frequency up to 50%.
