The Director, Enterprise Account Management is a leadership role focused on Enterprise revenue growth and team leadership. This position involves co-leading the Enterprise Account Specialist team, driving retention and expansion strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term scalability and success. The ideal candidate will possess a history of driving quality control, achieving growth targets, and fostering continuous improvement within Enterprise operations. They should be adept at analyzing complex processes, developing strategies for scalability, and influencing stakeholders to adapt to changing market dynamics. This role works remotely from a home office and is open to permanent residents of the United States. Travel for on-campus visits, team meetings and events is required throughout the year.
