The Enterprise Account Director role is within Adobe’s Creativity & Productivity Enterprise team. This position is responsible for ensuring that the needs of Enterprise clients are supported. The Account Director will source and close new customers, and manage existing client relationships from end-to-end. Success will be measured by revenue delivered against targets, effectiveness of up-selling and optimization, client satisfaction and retention, and contributions to the sales team and business unit. The ideal candidate is a 'hunter' with a proven history of exceeding quotas and building deep customer relationships. This role will manage a defined set of enterprise accounts with over $1B in annual revenue.
