About The Position
Under the direction of the Vice President of Patient Services/Chief Nursing Officer, the Director has administrative and operational responsibility for assigned departments. Responsibilities include management of cost and finance, human resources, operations, quality of care and clinical outcomes, and patient, physician, and staff satisfaction, as well as change management and other relevant duties. The Director serves as part of the management team and Shared Governance Model, promoting PHC’s mission, vision, and values and Nursing Professional Practice. The role embraces a person-centered philosophy, promotes patient- and family-centered services across the continuum, and enhances value-driven outcomes.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
- Seven years of nursing experience, including three years of progressive management experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
- Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field.
Responsibilities
