Director, Digital Product

The job overview for the Director, Digital Product role at MeUndies is to define and own the digital product roadmap, drive key business priorities through A/B testing and research, and lead feature prioritization for e-commerce and membership programs. The Director will also be responsible for managing a team of visual merchandisers, conducting research to identify areas of growth, and collaborating with various stakeholders to tie the roadmap into the bigger picture of the organization. The ideal candidate should have a results-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently as well as manage a team.

• Define and own the digital product roadmap
• Leverage A/B testing, research, and feedback to drive key business priorities
• Utilize analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback
• Lead sprint-to-sprint feature prioritization for e-commerce and membership program
• Manage a team of visual merchandisers for A/B testing, product assortments, and category landing pages
• Lead UX/UI for the current site and new Shopify front-end
• Conduct research, map user journeys, and identify pain points and areas of growth
• Innovate new features and tools to improve customer experience
• Understand customer taste and preference patterns to inform personalization strategies
• Drive effective decision making and prioritization across stakeholders
• Partner with Technical Project Manager to manage development timelines
• Collaborate with various departments to align roadmap with organizational goals

• 6 years+ of experience in digital product management
• Experience developing features for a Shopify based site
• Results-driven mindset, motivated by driving real impact
• Significant experience working with product analytics software like Heap, GA, and Fullstory
• A/B testing experience, ability to apply learnings to site merchandising improvements
• Working knowledge of personalization strategies and approaches
• Analytical mindset about customer journeys
• Attention to detail, especially in product delivery
• Proven ability to work independently and as a manager
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
