About the position
We are seeking a Manager, Brand Marketing/GTM to lead and execute brand marketing and product go-to-market plans for MeUndies. This role will focus on driving awareness, engaging consumers, amplifying our brand, and delivering conversions through strategic brand storytelling, data-driven insights, and creative innovation. The Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated brand campaigns, as well as product marketing strategies to support our product roadmap and messaging. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and plans for product launches
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine product-market fit
- Drive the development of core product positioning and messaging
- Build strategic frameworks and processes to drive alignment across teams
- Develop product and launch marketing campaign briefs
- Partner with Content and Creative teams to develop on-brand marketing collateral
- Bring to life the brand refresh narrative through marketing initiatives and activations
- Understand target customer segments and personas to offer a seamless customer journey
- Leverage consumer insights and analysis to inform go-to-market risk evaluation and planning
- Implement tracking and measure the effectiveness of brand marketing initiatives
- Monitor the competitive landscape and identify new product opportunities
- Provide post mortem executive summaries on integrated marketing campaigns
- Lead the GTM process
- Write excellent brand and creative briefs
- Demonstrate strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Translate data into actionable insights
- Communicate and present effectively
- Multitask and prioritize projects while adhering to deadlines
- Collaborate and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, brand strategy, strategic consulting, or consumer marketing
- In-house brand strategy and/or strategic agency or consulting experience preferred
- Strong understanding of bringing campaigns to life through storytelling and activation
- Excellent experience leading the GTM process
- Excellent brand and creative brief writing skills
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and strong analytical skills
- Ability to translate qualitative/quantitative data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects while adhering to shifting deadlines
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to maintain strong cross-functional partnerships
