About The Position
The Director - Delivery Excellence develops and implements strategies to optimize processes, evaluates existing procedures for improvement, and leads cross-functional process-improvement initiatives. The role identifies and monitors key performance indicators, reports progress on optimization projects, and works with senior leadership to align improvement goals with organizational objectives. It also provides employees with training and support in process-optimization best practices. The position is remote and designated as a day job in the United States. The stated annual base compensation range is $100,000 to $125,000. Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible. The actual offer depends on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
- Skills in Agile Methodology, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, and Storytelling.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
Nice To Haves
- APMP-Practitioner Certification from the Association for Proposal Management Professionals.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
- PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
- SAFe Agilist certification.
Responsibilities
