This role involves building and leading a team of direct CRM Sales Executives to drive new business sales growth nationally within the Enterprise Technology vertical. The position requires developing and executing sales strategies, understanding the competitive landscape, and actively engaging in territory and opportunity development. The Director will be responsible for recruiting, coaching, and mentoring team members, setting performance expectations, and managing accurate sales forecasts and pipelines to achieve annual sales goals. Key activities include engaging in C-level meetings to understand customer needs, building relationships with internal teams (Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, Partners) and the ServiceNow executive team, and retaining/growing the existing customer base through proactive engagement.
