About The Position
The Director of Critical Care Services is responsible for developing, coordinating, and administering critical care services in alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Using nursing and leadership skills, the Director collaborates with various departments to support a high level of care for critical care patients and promote a positive continuum of care. The position is at the only Level 1 hospital Trauma Center between Sacramento and Los Angeles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Five years of hospital nursing experience.
- Two years of experience in a responsible management role.
- Current State of California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and administer critical care services in accordance with the organization's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure a high level of care for critical care patients.
