About The Position

The Director, Business Transformation is a hands-on leadership role within Celsius Holdings’ Business Transformation Office, reporting to the Chief Business Transformation Officer. The role designs, builds, and delivers AI and advanced-analytics capabilities across the CELSIUS®, Alani Nu®, and Rockstar® portfolio, then redesigns business processes and drives adoption so these capabilities produce measurable results. The Director balances technical execution—including building AI agents, applications, and analytical tools—with process redesign, business partnership, and organizational change management. The Director prototypes some solutions directly and orchestrates delivery through AI vendors, systems integrators, internal IT, and data partners. The role evaluates build-versus-buy options, sets partner performance standards, and establishes repeatable AI infrastructure, standards, and governance. It also leads enterprise enablement so teams across functions can develop and maintain AI-assisted workflows within BTO guardrails. The position is based in Boca Raton, Florida, with remote flexibility based on team needs, and requires up to 25% domestic travel. It has no people-management responsibilities and is full-time, exempt.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in business transformation, analytics, data, or technology roles, including hands-on delivery of AI, machine-learning, or advanced-analytics solutions that produced measurable business results.
  • Demonstrated personal experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering and architecture, system prompts and instructions, tool/function calling, retrieval-augmented generation, context and memory management, agent orchestration, and evaluation or testing frameworks.
  • Proven ability to map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes, identify value, cost, and friction, and re-engineer workflows around new capabilities; experience with process documentation, requirements gathering, and enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and managing AI and technology vendors, systems integrators, and consulting partners; conducting structured evaluations and pilots; writing statements of work and success criteria; negotiating with procurement and legal; and managing performance, cost, and timelines.
  • Demonstrated success driving organizational adoption through stakeholder alignment, communications, training, documentation, and reinforcement, and influencing senior leaders and frontline teams without direct authority.
  • Practical, day-to-day experience building on frontier AI platforms such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Google Gemini, or equivalents, including working dashboards, analytical tools, and internal applications.
  • Working knowledge of production AI infrastructure, including data pipelines and modeling, APIs and integrations, vector databases and embeddings, orchestration frameworks, version control, environment and cost management, and enterprise security, access, and governance controls.
  • Proficiency in SQL and working proficiency in Python or an equivalent language sufficient to prototype independently, inspect a model or pipeline, and communicate credibly with engineering and data science partners.
  • Broad, current understanding of AI model capabilities and trade-offs, emerging tools, build-versus-buy decisions, and cost/performance dynamics, with judgment to select appropriately simple solutions.
  • Proven ability to upskill non-technical business partners through training, reusable prompt and template libraries, and coaching that enables teams to build and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated sustained performance over time in a senior- or director-level role within a complex enterprise environment.
  • Proven cross-functional partnership across sales, commercial, marketing, operations, finance, category and insights, HR, and investor/public relations.
  • Fluency with modern data and AI stacks, including cloud data platforms such as Snowflake or equivalent, BI/visualization tools, and applied AI/ML or enterprise AI platforms.

Nice To Haves

  • A portfolio or walkthrough of systems personally built is strongly preferred.
  • An MBA or a degree in a technical or quantitative field is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Personally prototype and ship AI agents, analytical tools, and internal applications, connecting prompts, tools, integrations, Snowflake, and source systems and iterating with users until the solutions are adopted.
  • Lead end-to-end AI implementation across functions, from identifying and scoping use cases through building, deployment, adoption, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Map current-state workflows, quantify time and cost losses, and redesign future-state processes around new capabilities, including relevant data, decisions, roles, and controls.
  • Evaluate AI vendors and delivery partners, run structured evaluations and pilots, recommend build-versus-buy approaches, define scope and success criteria, and manage delivery to cost, quality, and timeline with IT, procurement, and legal.
  • Lead change management, including stakeholder alignment, communications, training, documentation, reinforcement, and measurement of adoption and business impact.
  • Establish and maintain repeatable AI infrastructure and standards, including reusable agent and prompt patterns, shared components and templates, evaluation and quality-assurance methods, documentation, access and security controls, and cost monitoring.
  • Design and run the enterprise AI enablement program, including hands-on training, office hours, prompt and use-case libraries, and embedded coaching for functional teams.
  • Partner with embedded Transformation Leads in Sales, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Category & Insights, HR, and Investor & Public Relations to identify high-value opportunities and translate business problems into AI, machine-learning, and agent-based solutions.
  • Sequence initiatives using a crawl-walk-run roadmap, prioritize low-cost, high-impact wins, establish ROI gates, and track cost-per-insight.
  • Run a cross-functional operating cadence with shared dashboards, a common metric library, and a decision log to align decisions and provide a common source of truth.
  • Build on the Snowflake data foundation to advance departments from descriptive dashboards toward predictive models and prescriptive or generative capabilities that recommend next-best actions.
  • Deploy and orchestrate AI agents on appropriate enterprise platforms, such as Salesforce Agentforce/Einstein, ServiceNow, SAP Joule, or Microsoft Copilot, integrating them into existing workflows.
