In this role, you will lead the team that is accountable for all aspects of building, selling, and executing joint business plans that deliver the objectives of the customer team- that will include creating and implementing the requisite processes. The Business Development Director must understand the implications their team’s plans have on brand strategies and the broader marketplace. The Business Development Director will work with their team to lead Joint Business Planning and work alongside key customer contacts to gain alignment on goals and plans. You’ll then collaborate with the customer and internal stakeholders to execute the plan and check/adjust as necessary. Internally, the Business Development Director is responsible for leading key planning processes and engagements, including Annual Operating Plan and other tasks as needed to ensure alignment with HQ Strategies.
