About The Position

We are looking for a Director, Americas Regional Marketing who will lead the strategy and execution of regional marketing across North and Latin America, with ownership of the Americas marketing pipeline number. This role will drive integrated field, channel, and digital marketing programs that accelerate pipeline growth, deepen partner engagement, and strengthen alignment with regional sales leadership. This is a highly cross-functional leadership role for a strategic and hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands how to build scalable regional demand programs, and can connect field execution with digital campaign performance to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role with strong expertise in regional, field, channel, and demand generation marketing within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success owning and delivering against regional pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategy, including field programs, digital campaigns, ABM, partner marketing, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Experience partnering closely with enterprise sales organizations and driving alignment between marketing and revenue teams.
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset, with experience using data and attribution insights to optimize marketing performance and investment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience building and scaling regional marketing teams in high-growth environments.
  • Strong familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, ABM platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and strong execution discipline.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Americas marketing pipeline target, partnering closely with regional sales leadership to drive pipeline creation, acceleration, and revenue impact across the region.
  • Develop and execute the regional marketing strategy for the Americas, aligning field, channel, partner, and digital marketing initiatives to company growth objectives.
  • Lead and scale integrated field marketing programs including regional events, executive engagement programs, customer workshops, partner activations, and account-based initiatives.
  • Drive channel and alliance marketing strategy in partnership with key ecosystem and technology partners, building joint go-to-market campaigns that generate measurable pipeline growth.
  • Serve as the primary regional marketing partner to sales leadership, helping define priorities, target accounts, territory strategies, and quarterly pipeline plans.
  • Partner closely with the digital marketing and campaigns teams to expand and optimize integrated multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, webinars, content syndication, nurture, and ABM programs.
  • Ensure regional marketing programs are tightly connected to corporate campaigns and global messaging while adapting execution to regional market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with content, product marketing, customer marketing, and SDR teams to develop compelling regional and partner-focused messaging and assets.
  • Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track pipeline contribution, campaign performance, ROI, attribution, and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and investment across channels and programs.
  • Help evolve and scale Torq’s partner marketing infrastructure, tools, and operational processes to support continued global growth.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, innovation, and execution excellence.
